I was the only walk-in customer at the time. I ordered two cheese burgers and a large fries. The young lady who appeared to be a manager took my order, which was to go, provided me with a sack that had two cheese burgers and a large fries-- she didn't even recommend the value meal to me. She set it on the counter called my number and walked away. Problems---she did not talk to me, the paying costumer, at all, nothing. ---There was no ketchup in the sack and when I stood at the counter to get some she simple put a container on the counter said 'take what you want' and walked away. There were no napkins in a "to go" order. the cheese burgers were cold, as were the fries, I would not recommend this McDonald to anyone when she is managing the shift. Had I not been two blocks down Minnesota street I would have taken the food back and asked for a refund. I get up every morning to go to work whether I feel well or not. I do not do that so I can buy crappy service. When I go to a fast food place it is a treat to me. At least she can do is respect me or at least show a little politeness.

Seriously. We asked for ketchup, like a llllllot of ketchup, even in a empathized voice...... and we get none.
Last night I went through the drive-thru at Subway on Louise and 85th in Sioux Falls, SD. I ordered the 3.50 sandwich of the day, and went to the window and paid with my Subway card. I told the "artist" that I had 4.04 on my card. The artist handed me back my card but dropped my receipt on the ground and apologized. When I got home with my sandwich, I checked the Subway app and he used the points I had on my card to pay and didn't use the dollar balance. I called the manager of the store, and she doesn't know how to put the points back on. I called the customer service national number for Subway and they told me I had to go back to the store. I just want my points back and to pay for my purchase or be offered some equivalent for their mistake but nobody will help me.
I eat at this location at least 3 times a week.. Their customer service was lousy and their food was cold when I got it.. Won't ever go there again...
Poor service...the woman could barely understand me and then got the order entirely wrong. Irritating
I stopped at Taco Johns last night and ordered the walking taco trio, you get 3small tacos for 5.00,I also ordered xtra cheese on the tacos and that xtra cheese cost me $3.00 / that is INSANE,I won't be going back to Taco Johns, Taco Bell is more affordable and taste better (I wish the bell was open 24 hours)
The subs we had at firehouse are nothing short of the best, we make it a point to eat there at least once a week even though it is so far away from where we live and work
Overall, I'd say this is fantastic! The costs are extremely reasonable. stopped here to eat with my parents today.

Great food and services! I love the pasta and the way this place is decorated! We enjoyed the way how efficient the staff are. This is one great place here.
