Sioux FAlls 41st street office has moved! I was not aware of that until arriving to pick up my vehicle.. and the site does not have parking for your vehicle - so you need to arrange for a place if you drive in.A deer hit the vehicle on front right just a mile from our hotel on the way home. We limped to the hotel, called the Enterprise roadside assistance. The wait on the phone was over 20 minutes but when they answered the person was courteous, pleasant and the first words "are you ok?" were nice to hear. Since it was Saturday evening, we received a ticket number and instructions to follow the next morning.Again the call wait was long the next morning but again the person on the Enterprise end was very courteous and pleasant and helpful.The person at the counter at Rochester MN Airport Enterprise was a delight and helped us so much and sent us on our way.Overall - a good reminder to take the insurance (DW for sure) because you never know when a deer is going to come out of the ditch, median, etc and give you a reason for having it!thank you !
I picked up my rental in the Sioux Falls airport, the lady that helped me was was very friendly and nice to the customers in front of me but when it was my turn to be helped she became quiet and a little rude. She wasn't very helpful and would not tell me the exact amount she was charging to my credit card, just continued stating that it would be how much I was quoted "...plus 10% or something like that." Other than that it was very easy and nice for my first time renting a car, will definitely use Enterprise again, hopefully I will get a different representative of the company. Car was very clean and exactly as described, turning the key in at 4:30 AM was easy and convenient.
We rented from a Sioux Falls, SD airport and the line was long. There was only one employee who enjoyed lengthy chats with each customer. The car we received was an upgrade and very clean. Returning the rental was confusing at best. No signs telling us we needed to go inside to complete paperwork. The rep told us he couldn't inspent our vehicle for damage as he was expecting an incoming flight! Unbelievable.
Staff was not very alert and was not on time for pickup. Vehicle was filthy with white dog hair everywhere and food crumbs on floor. Dash and console was gross. I had made the reservation a week in advance. This was not a last minute reservation. Would expect a clean vehicle, not one with food and pet hair everywhere.
Rented a car from them for 5 days and had not an ounce of trouble. The front desk clerk was very nice and even upgraded my car because it was my birthday, which I thought was super nice. The car was emmaculate, rode great and the transaction was very smooth and easy. Will rent again from Enterprise!
The staff member was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The desk wasn't manned at the time we would return the car (5 a.m.), but they provided a key drop box and a sign-out sheet and then emailed you a copy of the rental receipt immediately after they opened.
Very friendly and helpful. Quickly got the paperwork done and received our vehicle. The employee even gave us a free upgrade on our vehicle due to the winter driving conditions. We highly recommend the Sioux Falls, SD Enterprise airport location!
I have used Enterprise from this location on many trios, never had any issues. The folks are friendly and quick, no run-around or hassles. The novelty of picking up and dropping off the car right outside the terminal never gets old!
Enterprise from the location at Sioux Falls Airport was outstanding. The price was extremely fair, the vehicle was perfect, and the gal assisting us was professional and very pleasant with which to work.
This was my first experience with renting a vehicle and it was very smooth and simple. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Extremely easy process and plan on using Enterprise again very soon.
