Very friendly and helpful. Quickly got the paperwork done and received our vehicle. The employee even gave us a free upgrade on our vehicle due to the winter driving conditions. We highly recommend the Sioux Falls, SD Enterprise airport location!
I picked up my rental in the Sioux Falls airport, the lady that helped me was was very friendly and nice to the customers in front of me but when it was my turn to be helped she became quiet and a little rude. She wasn't very helpful and would not tell me the exact amount she was charging to my credit card, just continued stating that it would be how much I was quoted "...plus 10% or something like that." Other than that it was very easy and nice for my first time renting a car, will definitely use Enterprise again, hopefully I will get a different representative of the company. Car was very clean and exactly as described, turning the key in at 4:30 AM was easy and convenient.
Sioux Falls is a very small airport, and the Car Rentals could not be more convenient. Staff was friendly and fast and the cars were no more than 50 yards outside the door. No shuttle.
This was my first experience with renting a vehicle and it was very smooth and simple. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Extremely easy process and plan on using Enterprise again very soon.
41st location in Sioux Falls really took care of us. Highly recommend you check them out! Great service and our car was clean with no problems whatsoever.
Sorry to say it was not the best,I have dealt with Enterprise in the past on numerous occasions with never a problem. The cars were always clean recently serviced just great.But this experience was the worst, I don't know if it was because this was a small airport or what, but the agent was rude and disrespectful and the cars were dirty not in the best condition I had to change vehicles 3 times due to unsafe dirty vehicles and lost 2to3 days of vacation time. But I will say when I called Customer Service they were very understanding,so when I returned the vehicle the on site manager had already been made aware of the situation and she adjusted my reservation and was very nice. I appreciated the consideration from her but I now have doubts about them. I when I return to South Dakota next year I do not know if I will use them there, after all I did lose almost 3 days with my family there how do you make up for that? There should be no cash value on your Family Time. Thank You
We rented from a Sioux Falls, SD airport and the line was long. There was only one employee who enjoyed lengthy chats with each customer. The car we received was an upgrade and very clean. Returning the rental was confusing at best. No signs telling us we needed to go inside to complete paperwork. The rep told us he couldn't inspent our vehicle for damage as he was expecting an incoming flight! Unbelievable.
Rented through corporate account, and I'm an Enterprise member - easy in and out, but the wait to get to the counter was crazy -should have more help following flight arrivals
Staff was not very alert and was not on time for pickup. Vehicle was filthy with white dog hair everywhere and food crumbs on floor. Dash and console was gross. I had made the reservation a week in advance. This was not a last minute reservation. Would expect a clean vehicle, not one with food and pet hair everywhere.
The staff member was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The desk wasn't manned at the time we would return the car (5 a.m.), but they provided a key drop box and a sign-out sheet and then emailed you a copy of the rental receipt immediately after they opened.
