They sold me a rack of ribs that were 4 days past the sell by date. They told me that these ribs were like baby back only more meaty. They said if they didn't come out great come back and they would tell me how to cook the second rack. Why didn't they just tell me how to prepare this initial rack? The ribs tasted fine but were very tough. I don't like fighting with my ribs. I cooked them for 2 hours in the oven at 350 as instructed on the label. Then I placed them on a grill for another 20 minutes. They tasted fine due to the rub and sauce I used but the ribs were very tough. I wanted baby backs where the meat falls off the bone not loin ribs that were 4 days past the sell date. For $28.00 for a single slab I expected more. Next time we'll just go to Chilis or Ruby Tuesday. This place was featured on a local show called Plate and Place. They showcase businesses who pay to be on the show. This is the second time one of the places featured was a total disappointment. I will never go to one of their featured businesses again. Go to Fareway for your meat in Sioux Falls. Way less costly and just as good if not better.
