I'd rather ride the bus then do business with them! Which I had to do any way when I bought a Dodge Neon from them a few years ago that had nothing but problems! They met me half-way on the cost of the repair work on the transmission, but not the engine! They denied the issues with the car when I brought the Neon in for them several times to look at even when it was blowing smoke and polluting the air right in front of them on their lot! I could get a ticket and a fine for that! I wound up spending several thousand dollars for repairs the FIRST year I owned it! Not little things, big things. The salesperson told me he had a mechanic check it out. He must have just checked out the tires and the paint job. From now on I get my used cars checked out and don't take anyone's word for anything! I'll NEVER do business here again! I think since they've been in business for so long that they can pick and choose their customers! They don't have to work too hard to impress anybody! This place should be called "Burn Eide" because that's what I got when I did business there! Burned!!!
I bought a lemon. It gave me nothing but problems. Frankman does NOT stand by their used cars! It broke down every month, and spent more time in the shop then on the road! When I first looked at the car I was interesting to buy, I decided to look under the hood to check it out. When I went to check the transmission fluid, the salesman came out and asked me when I was going to test-drive it! I felt rushed! That should have been my first clue to get out of there and go somewhere else! Pushy sales people!I learned the hard way that the harder you have to sell a car, the bigger a piece of junk it is! I will NEVER do business with this place again!
was a very disappointing experience.. will not return.. were told several things that were going to happen and didn't.. ended up costing us in the end...
The business is great when its on its feet, they always have a new selection and are constantly growing. This would be a great time to check it out.
