Spent 250.00 to fix frig and still did not work so called him and he had to order another part. That was 2 months ago!! Always an excuse. Am planning on reporting him to better business bureau. What a scam!!!

Our fridge was making a loud noise, so we had a fan replaced. That turned out not to be the problem, and a part was ordered and was supposed to be here in a few days. The wrong part was sent, so we were told it was reordered. After many calls and texts, we did not heard anything back. After several weeks, my husband went and bought the part and replaced it himself. Very frustrating experience!
My dryer was making a very loud noise. Spent $200 to replace rollers on my dryer that were bad. Went to use the dryer after repairs were done and sound was still there. Called again and he came out and said the blower fan was out and needed to be replaced and would cost and additional $40. Was told parts would be available in two days. Several days later calls and text are not being returned and dryer is completely taken apart.
Go else where or buy a new appliance! We had a Samsung washer that needed a new motor. Paid for the motor and was told it was going to be 5-10 days. Gene had us pay up-front for the motor, which was a little strange but thought small business, ok. Day 12, I called the parts house to find the motor was on backorder in China. I cancelled my order and wanted a refund. After numerous calls, texts, and being told he was going to put the check in the mail we got a refund two weeks later. What a headache.
Gene's Appliance was hired to do warranty work on our washer. He came almost 3 weeks ago and said he needed to order parts. Now he hasn't called back and won't return messages.
He came to our house 3 months ago, took my machine apart and said he needed to order parts. We have not seen him since or heard a thing. Very disappointing.
Gene did a wonderful job, he worked around my schedule to come and fix my washer. He was knowledgable on the type of appliance that i had and knew right were to troubleshoot. Would i recommend him or use him again, YES!!!!!
