Williams Electric Inc

Wow! I called and left a message to make an appointment on what seems to be the family's home phone. My call was never returned. A week later I called back and the mom/wife answered "Hello". I asked if this was Williams Electric and she said yes. I told her I was calling to make an appointment and she wanted to know what I needed. After explaining, she told me that they were "really busy" and "too swamped" and to call someone else. She may as well have hung up on me, but I can't remember because I don't recall anyone ever being so rude!



I never got to make an appointment so I can't attest to the quality of the electrical work, but the customer service - awful! Apparently we aren't worthy of their service. Guess I'll have to take my business elsewhere, and hope you will too!
