Twice, I have gone to this store first thing in the morning thinking I would be in and out of there very quickly. It didn't happen! The first time I waited over 20 minutes for someone to bring a card table set from the storeroom. I couldn't wait anymore -- I had to get to work. It was already paid for. I said "just give me my money back, and I'll come back later." The clerk said that I would have to go to the service desk and get it straightened out. She knew I was getting upset. She suggested that I come back later for it. I agreed but first had her write that on the receipt. The second time, again, first thing in the morning, I went through the self-check lane. My item rang up wrong. I told the clerk. She called for a price check -- twice. She never got a response. She said maybe it would be faster if she went and checked it out. So she moved very SLOWLY far across the store. It seemed to take forever. By the time she got back, another clerk was doing a price check or something on the computer where I was checking out. So, it tied the computer up for a couple of minutes more! Finally, she got it straightened out -- it had rung up wrong. My recommendation is to NOT go to ShopKo first thing in the morning!
