Lucky 5's Cab

Tonight I see a little old lady (my best guess in her 80s) crying . She is shaking uncontrollably and her voice is shaking as she speaks on her phone. I asked if she was ok. She was in a Lucky 5's Cab.She lost her keys and she was sure they were in the cab. She was locked out of her house. It was pretty evident that she wasn't finding anyone to help her so I offered to take her.She had called the cab company but they were changing shifts and they said they didn't know what she was talking about. They didn't find any keys in their lost and found. (I imagine this to be true since this lady had just gotten out of the cab I told her I would call the cab company I reached the dispatcher told her that we needed someone to look in the cab and make sure her keys weren't left in the cab, she is locked out The dispatcher very abruptly told me that "she didn't have to do anything and it was the old lady's own fault for losing her keys" she told me to get off her eff-ing phone and hung up on me.

We had scheduled a pickup a couple weeks in advance. They failed to show up. We called and still wanted them to come and pick us up. By the time they finally got there it was too late for us to get to where we wanted to go. They are refusing to credit our charge card. The owner kept wanting to tell me what HIS problem was with the situation when the problem was ours, missing an event we had been planning to attend for months and then not even being credited. Do NOT use this taxi service. Zero stars.

Been living in SiouxCity for 4 months now, but my flat mate and I have called this particular cab service every single weekend and have never been able to get ahold of them and we call them more than 10 times each time. We've even called them on a couple weeknights many many times each time, but never reach them, they don't have an answering service & have been impossible for us to ever even get a hold of them so they should definitely not be listed as top taxi service on Google for Sioux city area. Would NOT recommend!!

I called for a cab and once it came it drove off without me for no reason full speed. This happened 30 minutes after I called and the building i was in closed down so I froze to death
