A&J Sales & Service

A&J Sales is a fraudulent company. I have a Lowe's warranty and they were the assigned subcontractor. My dishwasher went down and I sat without a dishwasher for a month while I was told the parts were on backorder. Come to find out A&J closed my ticket, claiming my dishwasher was fixed and working! They got paid for 2 service calls and parts even though they only came to my house once.

Absolutely horrible. Didn't show up for first appointment so I wasted 4 hours waiting. Rescheduled appt and had someone at my house when they arrived because I had to work. I called the next day to find out what was wrong with my appliances and although the tech had been out to my house there were no notes in regard to my appliances. The man who I was speaking with berated me continuously and told me I didn't know how to do laundry and was probably over loading my washer and dryer. He was rude and had no idea what was wrong with the washer or dryer. Don't call them!
