Definitely NOT open til 10! Watched at least 10 customers try to go there from 9-9:20pm and they were turned away and told they were closed.
It's a delicious Japanese steak house, I eat there once or twice a month! I prefer chicken over steak, but the chicken is all white meat. And it seems to be cooked to perfection 9 times out of 10! Wish they were open Christmas Eve...
Awful experience starting to place the order with a lack of customer service. The blond lady was on a bad mood. I started an order for four, she did not got it until she corrected me on an interesting way like if I do not speak English: "2 MEALS...", then as the menu on the wall does not say there is the option to order teriyaki instead of hibachi (like others similar but a way better like Sakura in Anderson, SC), when I changed the order she was mad and said is going to be a trouble bla bla... Then I realized she took my meal order wrong since the beginning and I corrected it, she was even worse doing it with a bad attitude. I was VERY patience with her attitude because my kids were already sit and hungry. My husband was next to me... We just canceled the order and left!, She was like:"What, you are NOT going to eat here!?" Very surprised like she does not know what she did... Well, she just lost a $40-$50 right know. Not even a hello when we start to order. I mean, just the basics! I feel bad for the owner bc that is how employees "broke" a business. A shame they waste that money in advertisements on tv. Also it was dirty and disorganized. Well, we ended up in one of our favorites indian restaurants, Saffron, where they always appreciate our business!
I ordered takeout that took forever to get. It took so long that a long haired cook came out to ask if I would like a free drink while I waited. I finally got my order and took it back to the office. When I poured the white sauce on my lunch I discovered a familiar looking LONG piece of HAIR in my food. I was disgusted. So, overall the service is slow and the cooks are unprofessional and unclean.
