It's the only salon that always gets my hair color right and covers all my gray.My hairstylist always let's me know when I need hair cut. They do waxing and it doesn't hurt like most places when you get your upper lip waxedThere prices are reasonable. Everyone there is friendly.
Don't let the low number of reviews fool you. This salon has been in business for more than 12 years. While the customers I see represent all ages, there are a good number of mature women and many might not be accustomed to providing online reviews. I walked in on a Wednesday afternoon - recommended by a neighbor and no appointment - and waited less than 15 minutes for a wash, cut and new style. This place is quite busy with multiple stylists - I was pleasantly surprised to be accommodated and would not say that everyone should expect the same. (I recommend an appointment and make them now, to ensure I get the same stylist.) I hadn't had a cut in more than eight weeks. The stylist did a very good job listening to me and making a few welcome recommendations - professional. I was in her chair for about 40 minutes - thorough. I like my new look - subtle changes. I was charged $40 - moderate.
I have been a client of Elizabeth Hair & Company for numerous years.....actually started going when Elizabeth's gorgeous salon was on Pelham Road. The stylist and staff have always been friendly, trendy, out going, and extremely welcoming the moment I walk in. Moving to Charlotte for a promotion didn't stop me from continuing to come back to Elizabeth Hair & Company. I actually have new co-workers that also have started driving to Greenville just to go there....my color is always right, cut is perfect, and atmosphere is relaxing....love having my appt on Friday to see the dress up theme....open a salon in Charlotte! Until you do I will keep driving back to Greenville!
The salon was very warm and thriving. My stylist was sick and I had to have my hair colored. I trusted the receptionist chose of stylist. The stylist gave me a very edgy cut to go with my color. Looks Fabulous. Thank you for helping me feel good about my new look!
I've been going to Hope for about 2 years. I was pleased to find a stylist who listened carefully to my requests and delivered the style I wanted the first time. I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes past my appointment time, and I've found the salon to be clean and pleasant. I pay $30 for shampoo, cut and style and always leave happy.
Fully stocked store of Make-up, skin care and bath & body products.
Lindsay is the best. Personable and knows what you need and always leave feeling pretty and the perfect cut and style! I've been to many others but for me and my little girl, we are here to stay ;)
Carrie is very friendly and does a terrific razor cut, which makes my baby fine hair look fuller.
If you are looking for a great stylist, you should go see Christy Young at Elizabeth's Hair & Co. She does great with my hair and I have had a hard time to find someone who knows how to work with curly hair. The haircut she gave me was so good, I only have to put styling cream, let it air dry or defuse it. Its the best haircut ever. She also does just a few lighter color pieces around my face (charges me $85) and it makes a huge difference. It looks so good.
I'm new to the Simpsonvillle area and read the 24 reviews for Avalon Hair Studio. Since 21 out of 24 reviews were fabulous, I made a appointment. Debbie is wonderful, great high and low lights and a super cut. I've been to places on 5th Avenue in NYC and they could learn something from Debbie. This is the place to go for awesome hair that you can live every single day in and feel good about yourself.
