My salesman Tom Lynch was the perfect fit, his positive "can do" approach made me comfortable and confident , my experience was totally positive ! Thank you Tom ! I will be back to Simi Valley Ford with all my auto needs!
I love Simi Valley Ford! I bring my car and my sons' cars there. 2 fords and a mazda. They always take good care of me. I always ask for Mark Nolte and he is wonderful. He is personable, professional, and very attentive. I always feel well taken care of. It's the only service station I use!
We visited Simi Valley Ford to find a used car as a replacement after our accident. Roger and Ricky were amazing. They helped us with choosing the right car, negotiated a very fair price and made the purchase experience smooth, easy and enjoyable. We will definitly visit Simi Valley Ford again.
I scheduled an oil change for 3 o'clock p.m. and it was told it would take an hour and a half Max. My wife scheduled work for 5 o'clock and it's now 4:55 and it's still not done. And still no apology
This place when it comes to sales and service is top notch! Would not go anywhere else!
MAKE SURE TO INSPECT THEIR CARS. I just recently bought a car here only to find out that the heater didn't work. I wasn't told that there were any defects and I have since tried to talk with them on how to resolve the issue and they said they can't help.Other than that the car runs great but the issue remains unresolved.
we broke down on the highway had vehicle towed here....over 1200 miles from home ...they went out of their way to do some major work on our vehicle....had us back on the road next day....Service dept!! is all awesome!!
IN 2005 3 days after they did my brakes on my vt700 the rear brakes was making a grinding noise took it back and they said I needed a $475 rear wheel when i asked why now and not 3 days ago NO ANSWER and htey did now show me so I took to another dealer paid them $29 and there was a screw in brake drum.went back and tolds the owner no answer so I bought my VTX1300 at the other dealer for $1000 less than here. So my VTX started having start problems so I called them just last week they came and picked it up and I was told by Jim the owner "we will find it and fix it" NOPE again but I was charged $115 for charging my battery which had nothing to with the problem. I called my other dealer and over the phone after only 2 questions I was told what the problem was and the fix for FREE. also Simi was going to put 2 new tires on my bike till they told me $490 for the tires that at the other dealer were only $288 out the door yes same tires...SO Simi valley Honde I will never go to again they are a RIP OFF BIG TIME..Stay as far away from this place as you can
I bought a Jeep Commander and was treated well during the purchase. However, when I decided to cancel my extended warranty I was bullied by the Finance Manager. I came in and was told what a horrible mistake I was making and he bad mouthed my insurance agent for recommending a better warranty than they had sold me. He said it was unethical. He convinced me to go back and do my homework before I canceled. He told me that I got the low interest rate that I did because of the warranty. That is not true. I did my homework and found out that he told me several other lies as well. I called him back at least five times only be told he was with a customer and would call me back. He never did. I had to personally come in AGAIN and since it was his day off, I had his associate sign the request for cancellation so that I would have proof that it would be canceled (I knew he would say he never got it otherwise). I called and called with no return call. After the 60 days was up, I went in again only to find that it STILL was not canceled. Fortunately I had my copy of my request to cancel form that was signed by an employee of the dealership. He was visibly upset and said "he was sorry that he got me such a good interest rate" I told him that was not right for him to say that. He should always be glad to give his customers the best . He tried to charge me $50 and when I said "I don't think that is what the policy says" then he said $25 to cancel my warranty. I had to go find my copy of the warranty to show him that the cancellation policy said there would be no fee. He was rude and argumentative. I am very disapointed in the way I was treated by the Finance Manager.
