Supercuts

I just took 3 of my daughters in to have their hair cut and the middle one looks like they cut it with a weedwacker. The first daughter the cut was not great but it is supercuts so I could live with it. The two youngest have pictures on Tuesday for school so theirs needed to look nice. The middle one the stylist grabbed an handful of bangs and loped it off. She did not taper it in or even even it off. I asked her to layer the back which she did not do and when i asked her to fix it she argued with me and finally refused to fix it. I actually sarcastically replied after I had asked her three times to fix it that, "I guess I will cut it myself at home," to which she said, "If that is what you want." The third one I asked to have the bangs shorter and was told no there are two lengths, either short above the eyebrows or long to the chin and she could not diviate to which I finally threw up my hands in frustration and paid my bill. (yes I know dumb). As i left the shop i noticed that there were about 15 men waiting to get their hair cut and not a single woman in the place. It doned on me that they do not know how to cut women's hair. I would suggest saving yourself the headache and pay a few extra dollars and go somewhere else.

I have posted a picture of the cut my middle daughter was sent home with. They have contacted me after I sent an e-mail to the corporate office and have offered me a refund. The manager of the salon was very sympathetic and helpful even offering to redo the cut but I opted to take them somewhere else.
