Disgusting! The food is priced as if it's going to be fresh and delicious, then they serve you old gross food. I used to like Carl's Jr but my experience with the Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks stores has left me seeking food elsewhere.
My daughter and her family went to opening night at the new Simi Valley Arby's around 8:45 p.m. on 02/23/17. They waited in the non moving drive thru. A customer came out and told them if your waiting for roast beef, they are out of it. The parking is very tight, so it wasn't easy to get out of the line. How could you run out of your biggest seller roast beef on the first night? Why didn't an employee come out and tell the drive thru customers? How about offering free coupons for a return visit? My husband and I stopped by for an early lunch on 02/28/17. Even though the printed hours on the Arby's door stated they opened at 10:00 am, there was a hand written paper saying they would open at 11:00 am.Today on another try I got in the drive thru line, but after not moving for 5 min., decided to try and park and go inside to order take out. I place my order and waited 10 min. for a classic medium roast beef, beef and cheddar roast beef & 1 medium order of potato cakes. While I was waiting I stood and watched the chaos behind the counter. Employees were grabbing items from each other in order to fill. Then they would try to decide which order they were filling. It was completely insane to watch. One dining room guest complained it wasn't what he ordered. Another guest asked for ranch dressing and the counter girl said they were out of it. I guess I should of checked my order because when I got home it was wrong. I ordered the beef and cheddar and receive a plain roast beef. No phone number on receipt to call, only a contest phone number that doesn't recognize the new Arby's four digit number. This location needs some help or shouldn't of opened until they were prepared.
Even faster than my usual! Well done.
need more food than microwave stuff...
This Jack in the box is nice. Open 24 hours for you to grab a late snack.
The decor is a little different for a Mcdonalds, but still nice. The play area could use some updating, but overall this a good golden arches. Drive thru is always quick.
This IN-N-OUT is always clean, drive-thru is fast and the food/shakes are always delicious.
This is the place for your late night burritto run. Open 24 hours!
Friendly staff, not afraid to give you extra if asked...and they won't charge you!
