Dropped off a tire for a flat repair. Was told that they patched the tire and rebalanced. However after getting home they had actually plugged the tire and the tire was flat again in the morning. I would not recommend them due to their dishonesty.

I've been really satisfied with the service here and I highly recommend these guys. They are awesome!



First off, all work I've had done here has been at a very good price.



They have always taken the time to explain whatever problem I'm having with my vehicle as well as show me the worn out parts and the installed replacement parts.



To use the format of another yelp review, here's what work I've had done:



-Timing Belt replacement

-Brake Rotor replacement

-Headlight repair

-Oil Changes



Additionally, I've been provided excellent customer service every single time.



One example of their customer service is when I had a headlight go out. Summit Automotive fixed the headlight, but a few days later my plug-in for phone charger and cigarette lighter went out. I immediately called Jim, who works behind the counter, and he told me it was most likely a fuse but if not to bring my vehicle back so that they could correct the problem. Jim was very professional on the phone about my concerns and reassuring that they stand behind their work.



Some other note worthy things about Summit Automotive - They have a very clean and large waiting area and they are right next to Target. Who doesn't love Target?!?

Very poor mechanics with poor diagnostic skills. After a $600 repair, I got 60 miles into the Colorado wilderness and the problem was never fixed. They left me stranded in the wilderness and could care less. All they want is your money.
