These guys came through for me in the clutch. Super professional and were happy to give me the best option possible. I ran into a snow bank and bent my wheel rim this morning on the way to the ski hill. Everyone else in town told me that they wouldnt be able to get to it for a full week. Brad and his team got right to work and short of replacing the wheel got me on the road again for a roadtrip to Crested Butte. Cant thank them enough. Saved my new years trip.

Terrible customer service. If you are having work done on your car that is lasting more than a day, I recommend going to another mechanic in the area. I had my timing belt replaced here, and I was originally told the service would take a week. The owner said he would call me on Friday to update me on the progress. Friday came and went, and when I called on Monday I was told that the part was never ordered and that they would call me the following Friday. This happened 3 times (yes, my service was extended to 3 weeks from the original one week estimation), where I was given a day that they would call for me to pick up my car and then they would never call. I understand the length, but the issue is that they would never call to tell me the timeline was extended. On the second Monday that I called, I was told that "If I keep calling every day like this, they wouldn't ever be able to get the work done," which is condescending an unnessecary and completely untrue. The only time I called was when they missed their self-appointed deadline of calling me.

Week 3, they call me on Friday morning to pick up my car. On the phone I ask if they also changed my snow tires, as I had asked a week ago. He told me yes. I drive to JH and when I walk in, they ask if I can wait an hour because they forgot to change my tires. I tell them no because I have a meeting in 30 minutes. The best customer service I receive during the whole experience is when they finally drop my car off at my office 4 hours later.

If you are getting your oil changed, fine, go here if you must. But if you are looking for a mechanic that remembers the deadlines he sets for himself and actually communicates to you when plans change, don't go here. They are terrible.

Really deserves zero stars. Terrible customer service. One of the staff was talking about us as if we weren't there. Then come to find out he was the owner! I'm sorry we came into the shop. The employees were great though. They continued to apologize for the owners actions. Very bad experience.

Friday night realized needed break repair. Called them early Saturday morning – they got me right in, did a quality job, charged a competitive price. Matt offered to give me a mountain driving lesson! If Kansas were not do far away, they would become my repair shop!

Coming home from Las Vegas on March 10, picked up a piece of semi tire chain in our left rear tire. Michael was running the snowy pass, picked us up at MM 182.5, towed us into Silverthorne, fixed the tire and had us back on the road in under 2 hours!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE all the way around from Michael and Camille. Made a bad situation not so bad.....Thanks guys

Coming from Denver, our brakes went out with a week of vacation ahead of us in Avon. We could not believe how much help they were to us. From helping us even though it was after hours to calling the rental agency and then towing us to our villa, they left no stone unturned. So thankful for them. When we needed help, they were there with excellence! And all the while, treating us with the utmost of respect. Would recommend them to anyone!

We unfortunately had brake issues on the way to Steamboat. All I can say is this is a place I'd always take our car!! Camille, the owner, is honest and very informative on suggestions with cars. Don't even hesitate they will treat you awesome and do the right thing!
