This is flat out the best dentist office I have ever been to. I adore every single staff member there. It has been years since I have been able to see a dentist and as a result I am in the process of getting extensive dental work done. Every single visit I am treated with respect and compassion and my comfort level is their one and only priority. I would recommend these amazing souls to anyone and everyone, they simply don't come better than this.

I've been to countless dentists all over Washington state due to being in foster care most of my life, & this place is BY FAR the most incredible dentist ever!! They have a long waiting period but it is well worth it. The assistant Jennifer is so delightful, she eased my fear of dentists. I am going back to get my first ever rootcanal & although I'm terrified, I have complete trust that these people are going to take great care of me & make me feel reassured that I'm in good hands.

There are literally to many words tp fit in here, long story short, after receiving far better empathy and care for like procedures 2 weeks apart, I was let go yesterday after the doctors knew I was in an usual amount of pain, knowing that the procedure causes this, refused not only to further investigate my pain, refused giving me medicine that he was fully aware of being of benifit due to these procedures. But instead was focused on up selling something that I was told to be coverd, i was told to call back if I have any more problems, in my previous experience it's completely unhelpful to call them if they do not supply you with nesisary medicine, so when I call today to explain that I'm still in pain, and they'll most likelikely do nothing, and I'll have to go and deal with urgent care, instead of doing what I need to today, so I'll also be submitting a very detailed review to the sight director. I am TRULY upset when reading the prior reviews. My experience with this office was everything but similar to these. When I came to this office for the first time, this is what happened to me. I was greeted at the door by a lady, who welcomed me with a smile, and then the rest of the team also met me at the front and welcomed me. I met Lowell (the wonderful "Hard of hearing man" that is referenced in previous comments.) He is absolutely a sweet and caring man who wants the best for you. It is not his fault he has a condition that makes life a little harder for him. From my perspective, he did need me to talk a little louder, but he listed just as hard to make sure we were on the same page. In my opinion, he deserves grace, as he is trying so hard to take good care of people. I am a cash paying patient and I was expecting the worst as I have been so many places that want you to pay MEGA bucks to have work done. Here , they did X-ray, exam and cleaning and charged me $100. ( I have been charged up to $400 other places for the same treatment). When I had my X-rays done, I had one lady (Millie) performing the X-ray's and she had help outside the room to push the button. It was so funny to me because Millie would say "SUNSHINE" and the button would be pushed and Bam, X-ray done. I felt the Team worked so well together to make me feel like it was "ALL ABOUT ME" when I was there. The Dentist found 8 cavities that need fillings, but did NOT pressure me to have them done immediately, they know I am paying cash, and that Money is tight, so they let me know the severity of a couple and said if I could do 2 within the next couple of months, I would be ok, and then maybe work on the rest in the next year. I think they are HONEST, and have INTEGRITY. I will ALWAYS go here, and I would refer All of my friends here. Shame on the people who think that Having a Hard of hearing disability means POOR SERVICE.
