If you like having customer service/(manager?) tell you in your face that you are causing bad business for them due to them getting an order completely wrong then order from here. Called Pizza Boli's about a wrong order sent to my location and the person I spoke with assured me they will send the correct order. After waiting 2 hours I call again and the same person says the driver is on his way and should be at my location any minute now (that was a lie). I call again an hour later to ask about the driver's whereabouts and he tells me that he should be here any minute now once again, to which I ask for a refund for the order they got wrong. He proceeds to tell me that he's sorry and says the delivery driver is new, and asks me for my address once again. The "new" driver tells me to come outside near the entrance of the neighborhood so he can see me. I stand outside in the cold for 10 minutes but he was never able to find my location. The driver tells me he will give the order to the first delivery driver since at least he knew how to navigate to my location. The driver that couldn't find my location called me later and said that he is here, so I step out and search for the driver but he is nowhere to be found and does not return my calls.Waiting almost 4 hours for a simple order to be corrected I called customer service/manager? to get a refund. He had the nerve to tell me that I am creating bad business for them and that I called him hundreds of times (6 times due to wrong order, reluctance to give refund, updates on delivery status), tells me that they don't instruct customers to come outside as it is illegal even though his driver told me to do so, says I gave the driver the wrong address (lie again, the first delivery driver was able to reach my location just fine) and tells me to call tomorrow (It was 7:57 pm, not even closing time). I assume it was the manger due to his comment about bad business, but it was whoever answers the calls from this store.

LOVE THIS PLACE! I am such a fan, my wife are always ordering from Pacci's. Its hard to find authentic pizza, but they got it down to a science.
I received an email from pizzahut.com about a, 1 large 1-topping pizza for $5.99, dine-in only. The coupon specifically states "Print this email or show phone to server to receive this special offer." I visited this location with my 9 year old nice who was visiting our of town for a quick bite before heading to the pool for swimming, and of course to take advantage of this great deal. As I proceeded to the counter to ask about seating I was told that this location was self-service, that they had no servers, and that I would have to order at the counter, seat myself & get my own food/drinks. Now I know the different between a carryout/delivery Pizza Hut vs a sit down and eat-in Pizza Hut restaurant, and the setup of this location is definitely a sit down and eat because of the large dining room. Before ordering my pizza I told the manager Jose (who seemed to be the only employee working there on a Saturday afternoon) about the coupon, showed it to him on my phone and he told me he could not accept it because it wasn't printed. He suggested I go home print it and come back despite what the coupon said.I told him I had no printer at home and that the coupon lstates I can show it to you on my phone. Not only did he refuse to honor my Pizza Hut coupon but he was extremely rude. I am shocked that this person is a manager. At one point he stated "I can't help you" & retreated to the back to avoid answering anymore of my questions. When I asked for his District Manager's name and phone I was told by Jose that he didn't have it and that I'd have to get it off the website. I will say this, he did give me the store number, even though i could have retrieved it from the website as well. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Within a 3-4miles radius there is also a Little Caesar's, Papa Johns, Dominos, another Pizza Hut, and a few non-chain pizzerias. One would think that this location would be a little more respectable and value their customers. As a long time pizza hut consumer I was very disappointed by this location. Let me please state that I have ordered carryout and delivery from this location before and the pizza was good, like most pizza hut pizza I've had. This review is base solely on my individual poor customer service experience.
friendly people & excellent food
Since having to go on a gluten-free diet I have been on the search for a GOOD gluten-free pizza. One would be surprised just how hard it is to find gluten-free pizza! Now to make it even harder - I have to be gluten/corn/dairy-free!! (yes - it's HORRIBLE) The other day though my husband and I were next door to Ledo's and I was so hungry - and I said "let's just see if there's any chance that they might have a gluten-free pizza". So we stopped in and ohmygoodness - they did!! - and the crust is also corn& dairy-free for those that need to watch that too. We ordered one for Take-Out.We ordered a Pepperoni gluten-free crust pizza to try with goat cheese and we INHALED it!! It was wonderful! The sauce is ... perfect! I'm picky about sauce - I like flavor and I like a sauce I can see - and this just does it for me. :)We came back the following week because we still had the flavor of pizza in our mouths - wanting more .... and this time we dined in. We ordered 2 gluten-free pizzas. One with the Italian chicken sausage & goat cheese and red onions. And the other with pepperoni & goat cheese. Both were delicious. I must also comment on the owners and staff ... the girl that served us was so friendly. The owners too - both times we have been there, they have been there and they have opened the doors for us, greeted us and were so helpful with answering questions about gluten-free and everything. If you are in a wheelchair - just know that it IS a tight space but they are helpful in moving tables and helping you get through to the bathrooms, etc.If you want to watch the soccer games going on too - they have a nice big screen tv with the games going on - but the tv isn't so loud that it is disruptive to your meal.
they charge my credit card for 3 orders on the same day only got one order delivered and they put me on hold with the clain and haven't return my money o done nothing about the supervisor said will take 3 days and that the clains are from 8 to 5 pm and I'd called 5 days later they tell me I have to call after 5 pm because they don't have a supervisor.
Since the new management took over this place the food at ALL levels has turned to crap !!!If you are a bottom feeder or getto rat you'll probably feel right at home. Thank God for many alternatives.
