This location is extremely busy, so it's not unusual for customers to wait between 30-60 minutes to get straightened out with their rental. For the amount of transactions they have per day, I think they are doing their best to keep up. Management needs to develop a better strategy on how to minimize the wait time for rental pick-ups/drop offs, but the front desk agents are nice and well mannered and are clearly aiming to please customers.
I rented here before. When I rented with Tucker I had a five star experience. This last experience the agent was a jerk. He most definitely missed the mark with his service . It took two hours for me to get picked up after I called several times. They really need to increase staffing on Friday and the weekend. The car was fine no problems there and the drop off back home was no problem.
Location is convenient and is busy (especially on weekends as is to be expected). Recent experience was excellent. My spouse had mistakenly reserved a cargo van rather than a passenger van as was needed. Staff very accommodating and got me into a 3-row SUV which worked out fine-also gave me a great rate. I will definitely be back,
