My sales man, Darrell Woodside, was really everything good. He was about knowledgeable about my vehicle. He asked what I was looking for and showed me three different trucks for me to choose from.He answered accurately all of my questions. He did not pressure me in my selection. He also did not try to push anything on me I did not want. I went back the next day to close the deal and he sat in the truck and went over how to use every button and knob. He did not hesitate and for a 2018 truck he knew everything from the front dash to the back windshield.I was very impressed with Darrell's knowledge. He was also very courteous, friendly and positive. I would shop with Darrell again.
We called for a price to have our vehicle looked at. Instead of asking what normal service writers do like what has been done to the vehicle what all is wrong things like that they give my husband a quote to look at he the vehicle. So we pay to have the vehicle towed. When it arrived they call my husband and tell him it’s going to cost more and that we should have told them everything we did even though we told them some of what was wrong to begin with. As a service writer your job is to ask all those questions like what all was done what kind of condition is the vehicle. When I call to talk to them they told me I should have told them everything that was done. I was not asked. So now I have to have it towed back to my house and I’m out $160.00. For nothing. I don’t understand why because they didn’t do their job why I’m having to suffer.
I took my Nissan Rogue to this dealership because of an intermittent problem I was having with the car suddenly de-accelerating while driving on the highway. They identified the problem as a computer error that was under recall. They misdiagnosed the problem, which was actually transmission failure. Their failure to correctly identify the problem cost me over $4,000, because my transmission was under warranty when I brought it to them, but shortly afterward the problem reappeared and by then I was out of warranty. I had to replace the faulty transmission at my own cost. Will never go back to them.
Cowboys in Silsbee is a dealership that cares about their customers. I would recommend them to anyone.
