Downtown Towing

I flipped my car yesterday. The police officer arbitrarily decided on this towing company, which seems to be a one-man show. Jimmy is definitely a good ol' boy, and appears to run a small but honest towing company. He was very quick to come out and retrieve the car. However, from the customer's perspective, it has many of the trappings of being a racket; in addition to essentially holding the car and its contents hostage in the lot, he was reluctant to tow the car anywhere else and gave bad advice to drive the car out of the lot after previously giving advice not to drive the car until after the engine had been thoroughly checked. The price for towing was all broken down on the invoice he gave me, but the price still seemed exorbitant for the job he had done. This seems to be a bad business model, and while I now have my car back, it costed me an arm, a leg, and peace of mind.

My car got towed so i called downtown towing @ 4795243933 and spoke with a gentleman by the name of JIMMY. well jimmy was not quite the gentleman i had expected. He was VERY RUDE when i asked how much my tow bill would be if i were to pick up the vehicle the next day and he told me (in a VERY rude manner) that he was NOT going to figure it up day by day because he didnt know for sure if i would pick up my vehicle when i said i would and he said that if i call and ask again that he was going to CHARGE ME MORE!!!. This company is NOT a company id go to for ANY kind of assistance! And i WILL be putting my review on multiple other websites because NOBODY deserves to be spoken to the way he spoke to me!

They responded rapidly with friendly, professional service. Their rates were very reasonable. I will use them again and will recommend them to anyone.

These people are the definition of rude and UN-professional. Iv never been to a place that acted the way they do to people that are in no way being rude to them. They will treat you like scum just because they have your car and brag about how you will never got your vehicle back and how much money they will make from it. Horrible horrible people. Needs to be shut down
