The service department is poorly run. They broke something not related to the service we brought the car in for. They replaced the part free but charged us 80 for labor on something they broke. Plus it took them 2 days to complete the job. We brought the car in for a replacement key.

My son bought a 2012 Town and Country Van from this dealership one year ago. It was a certified pre-owned vehicle that is supposed to be checked rigorously. The brakes totally went out and all brake pads and the rear rotors had to be replaced. I asked the sales manager what type of inspection they did on used cars and he said minimal trying to explain how very worn pads could have been on a used vehicle they sold. Somehow minimal and certified don't go together and my son was charged over $500.00 for the repairs. I will not only never purchase from this dealer again but will never purchase another Chrysler or Jeep. If you have to have a Jeep or Chrysler I would purchased it form someone other than Morlan.
