        I don't recommend this bank
        They don't seem to be attentive to their customers. I just stood there for at least 20 min while they twiddle their thumbs

        Changed bank. Lousy. #1 load info is blank if late online. Complained and the response was 'most people know how much they owe' and 'it was blank for "security protection". Both BS excuses for an outdate and unsecure IT system. #a If "insecure' then wouldn't the entire web site be insecure? #b If I went paperless then how WOULD I know how much I owe overdue? Second reason is closed one branch, laid off a bunch of tellers and therefore the wait lines are long.
