Aj's Appliance Repair
I can't even give one starring please don't use this guy he is unqualified to repair newer washing machines, and his phone reception reptionist is very rude I told her today that it's been about a m9nth without a washing machine her answered was , " well there is always laundry mats " I said what? That's was rude she responded well u said the repair man was to old to work on our machine well yes I did but in a very calm voice and I told her I didn't want to be mean I just wanted another repair man and she said that's the only one they have ..,... so great now they will return part of are money but out of $315.69 we get only $164.59 back what the heck?I understand paying the service call of $65.00 but the rest?it's not are fault he could not figure out what was wrong with it sooooo we still have no washer ...please Don't use them! And as for customer service ( the last in office ) is the rudest I have ever delt with it think she has a pretty sad life and maybe that's why she is so rude, I told her I was going to give a bad review and she said she didn't car so I guess this is why there business is failling... they need to get better phone people and fire her maybe then they could save there buisness...
Worst customer service I have had in a long time. They took over two months to fix my washer but in the end didn't even fix it and we had to get a new one after fighting with the insurance. But when I called AJ and asked them how the washer was going they either never called me back or acted like I was bothering them. Then when the new washer came they refused to work with me in a time for them to pick up the loaner washer. They told me "they didn't have time to play my games" I'm not even sure what that even meant. But she was so rude to me that I just told her "ok" and hung up. I've never come across such a rude person and they never did finish their job.

At first it seemed like they were on the ball as they came out the day after I phoned to look at my broken washing machine. The technician determined it was a worn belt and estimated it would be fixed the following week. It's now been 15 days since he came out, I've called back 4 times for a progress report on the part and nobody knows anything as far as when the part will arrive or when my washing machine might get fixed. No one has ever bothered to update me regarding timelines. I have given up, found the part online and will most likely install it myself before I ever hear back from them.
