Great people and great service. I wouldn't go any place else. They always get me in and out in a timely matter. They have the best price for oil changes, $39.95, that's a great deal.

I have a 2013 Ford Explorer that I had bought with them. I had a program error with my Sync program. The screen wasn't the problem, as the Ford logo would still show up upon turning on and off like normal and my backup camera was clear as ever. I went in to schedule an appointment with their service department, they wouldn't come out to look at it to see if it was a quick fix or something that I could handle on my own. They couldn't get me an appointment until 13 days later, and they told me they might not even get to it that day, as they would need a certified mechanic to look at it. That my screen might be the actual problem and it and some circuits may need to be replaced. A couple days later, my friend who had been an auto tech looked at it for me, performed a hard restart on my car and voila! It magically worked again. I downloaded the newest Sync update and have not had problems with it since. What would have taken them all of the day of my appointment, then scheduling another appointment after ordering parts that they thought I needed, took my friend 3 minutes to restart (at NO cost), and about 30-40 minutes of my time to update the Sync system. My dad had bought vehicles through them or Action Auto (owned by the same guy) for years. I won't purchase another vehicle through them and would drive to Billings before taking my car in there to even buy parts. Their "service" department is a joke.

Incompetence

If you want your vehicle done in a timely manner take it somewhere else. I had an appointment for 3 weeks and they still didnt get it in on time. They left it in their yard for 2 whole days until I kept calling telling them to work on it because i really needed it. When I called about the problem they didn't even know if they had to right tools to work on the car. I brought it to the dealer because they are supposed to have those vehicle specific tools.

Both the sales and service department go above and beyond expectations of a car dealership! I'd buy another Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler from them any day!
