He holds a BS in Business Administration from Saint Francis College. Bill began his career in 1976 as a recruiter with Wells Management Corporation, and subsequently was named Managing Director of Executive Careers, Inc ( 1978 ). Bill is an ethical and professional business person, who prides himself in assisting clients in identifying qualified candidates for critical roles in their organization in a timely and efficient manner. Bill is well connected and respected by the top end of Wall Street technology. He has completed hundreds of IT searches, introducing senior staff, as well as middle and upper management; these individuals ultimately becoming leaders in the Financial Services IT community. He is widely recognized and respected as an authority on talent and leadership acquisition within financial services. Bill conducts a thorough pre-screen of all candidates, and possesses a deep understanding of the most important aspects of Wall Street businesses and technology. ANDREA MALONEY- joined the firm in 1995 as Business Manager. Andrea is responsible for the Firm's Consulting Practice, Financials and Office Management. Her earlier career was spent at Merrill Lynch and Janney Montgomery Scott in Brokerage operations. MELISSA M. ROSATO - joined the firm in 2006 as a Research Associate. Melissa is responsible for Research and Recruitment as well identification of candidates for the key searches handled by the firm. Her earlier career was spent at Fendi as a financial analyst and market researcher. She graduated from Monmouth University with a BS in Finance, with honors.
