I recently had a problem with the the engine and thought that I was in big trouble but the manager took me out and showed me what was going on with it and it turned out to be something fairly minor. What a relief.

This place gets my vote of confidence.

I bet I asked 100 questions and he took the time to answer all of them. I got a free inspection and then the Manager told me what was wrong but then he took me in the shop with my car up showed me what was wrong.

Thought I needed new brakes due to squeaking. Meineke assured me that my brakes were fine and the squeak was not an issue. Very honest and helpful service. Thanks Meineke! I will recommend you guys to everyone!

The Meineke Shrewsbury team resurfaced back rotors, new ceramic brakes and fixed my headlight (i brought in bulb) in under an hour w coupon (saved 30) around 160. I asked to see everything and was shown promptly. Great location. Nice & easy to watch bays or relax inside. I'll be back for sure, check out online coupons too!

I went to Meineke in Shrewsbury to have a clunking sound corrected in my car. The mechanic also pointed out other areas that needed attention. It is a 2004 and has 107k miles so I expected this. But when I left, the sound was actually more precise and not only in the front but back. The car did drive better. I called Meineke Shrewsbury, talked to the manager asked if he could give it a once over. He went above and beyond and secured every bolt down. He drove it for a few miles to make sure there were no more sounds. I think Meineke is great!

Meineke in Shrewsbury is quite frankly amazing. The associate who assisted me (Rebecca, I believe?) Went out of her way to help me keep my busy 3 year old entertained while my car was being looked at. She printed coloring pages, found crayons, even moved a poster from a window so he could watch some repairs. She made him feel welcome and appreciated, too.

Went to Meineke with a weird squeaking noise from my brakes. They told me the pads were worn out and needed to be replaced but the rotors were good which was awesome, cause I didn't have a lot of money and it seemed like everywhere else I go they all say I need rotors.

I have been there now several times. They meet the $19.99 special as advertised. Also the last time, I said I was in a time crunch. They juggled a few mechanics and their work and I was in and out within 1 hour.
