The sales staff (Jason in particular) does not know how to communicate and contact you with updates (AVOID JASON). He will tell you one thing and tell Scott Tilley another. I put $5000 down, way over what they ask you to put down based on the price of the home. The home I was interesting in was $29,000 and they want a certain percentage based on the price. Anyways I was told I was approved and gathered all my financial information and took it to them, just to find out that they wanted more money (Jason said this). keep in mind it’s been 2 months now and they got my money and not keeping me update with no new information about the house, land, banks, or nothing. So I call and call, everybody is too busy to answer (bullcrap), so I pay them a visit, all the people that are allegedly too busy to answer phone calls just stands outside and smoke. So I requested to talk to Scott Tilley and told him that it is ashamed and a poor excuse how his staff doesn’t communicate with new establishing customers and that his staff Jason skews and shifts information. He agrees, and he was very polite, so I told him I just want to cancel the deal due to all the bs. So Tilley calls Jason and ask Jason what was the scope on my deal he says, “The bank did not approve her.” Now all the time I been calling and coming up there you waited till now to say I wasn’t approve, when several weeks ago you said I needed more money down. So Scott said I am going to give your money back and told me too wait till Monday ( this happened on a Thursday), which is inconvenient because I never travel that route. So I went up there that Monday and waited 45 minutes, for them to sign a check, they had no customers, so why the long wait. Finally Laura (the person in control of the money accounts) says, “it is best if you deposit the money in your account because I am about to go to the bank and deposit some money in the account so you are able to get your funds. I said “sounds good.” 1 week later the bank wrote me and said I cannot cash this check due to NSF and my bank charges me an additional $15 for their screw up, okay, I called Laura (the girl in control of the money) and told her that the bank could not cash the check due to nonsufficient funds, she told me to run the check again and it should be all good. I waited 2 days to try to cash it, but this time I did not go to my bank I went to their bank Community Bank of Louisiana to try to cash it. The tellers at Community Bank says I don’t know what to tell you, but you need to get in contact with Tilley because we cannot cash this check. So I called Scott Tilley and Jason answers the phone. Jason was like I am about to put Scott on the phone and he came back and said, “he wanted to know what was your best contact number and told me Scott was going to call back and guess what still no communication and still no call back.” By the way today is November 23, 2014 now it’s been three months and I still haven’t gotten my $5000 back. If I had too rate this company I would rate it as 0, but I guess I’ll give it a 1, since 0 isn’t an option. Yes they all know my name personally. I am looking for someone that I can contact about my money because Scott Tilley (him and staff members are not to be taking serious). It is best to invest your money in a business that value you as a customer so please BEWARE!!!!!
