Not happy at all. You can expect to pay a 1.00 per person admission fee. I guess that covers the walking of the lot looking for the part you need, maybe they should try getting some sort of inventory system, and let you know if they have the part. Anyway after your wonderful walk in 100 degree weather, and not finding your part, just walk on out the gate because you won't get your admission refunded. Maybe wal-mart should try this ripoff, 1.00 a person to enter the store. That would make them an extra billion or so each year.
they like taking your money ,BUT if you have a problem with part they like to be jerks and smart off at the mouth that you did something to the part [ trying to not refund your money ] I have been pulling parts from that junkyard every since it came into to existence so be very cautious when you buy something from them guys up there you better count on not going back because they will be quick to pop off at the mouth at you I will be shopping other yards that are more courtesy than these guys
Texarkana, this business is only out to rip people off. They won't tell you what they have on the lot, then they charge you a membership fee to go out to the lot to see if the part you need is even there. I was charged to find out they didn't have the part I needed. Find your used parts elsewhere. Their customer service is non existent. One star is way to good for this business.
