Bad service. Overcharged to simply come in and do an estimate. Would never hire them as they did not seem to be honest with their estimates and gave different estimates on separate occasions. Very pushy and would not stop sending people to our house.

I dont think I could be anymore underwhelmed. Doesnt call back, arent very concerned about ordering your part in a timely manner. Had to listen to all his staffing woos. Argh!!! How do you not go bankrupt.
We had an sub zero ice maker go out and set up an appt. Appt. was missed and after( I ) called them they rescheduled for the next day. When they arrived and maker was examined they left to order part. Again (I ) called to find out about status. They came out with part and ask if they could take maker to shop since it was so slow at office and could avoid making a mess in kitchen. After a few days (I) again called them to check on status. The phone game started then. The receptionist would say she would have technician call us which he did not do. In the meantime they have ordered another part without notifying us. I call the office manager( which I believe was the wife of owner) she was very rude and defensive and said they had taken over 10,000 service calls this year. 3 weeks, 3 parts later, a call to subzero for advice(couldn't get it to make ice) and we finally got icemaker back with a bill that would have been better spent to buy a brand new maker.
I bought my used washer on 8/18/16. Roy's gave me a 90 day warranty. In less than a week, the washer's rinse cycle was broken. I called on Aug 24, 25, & today, 29, to see when they were scheduling a repairman to come out. I am beginning to worry, if the warranty means anything?
I didn't have any hot water, I called delta appliance, my water heater were fix in no time. My experience with this company were very pleasing.
I had no problems with delta appliance, the gentlemen that came out to fix my problem, only took 45 minutes of my time. my freezer is working great.
The question, Will I call this company again? I most certainly would. Delta appliance fit my budget got my washer running again.

Love this business, they are always on time. my washer and dryer stop working. It took 30 minutes to fix the problem. this company service is awesome.
I found Roy's repairs to be be a very honest and amiable business to work with. My refrigerator had a bad compressor, and Choice Warranty would not replace it, but paid a little for not repairing it--maybe enough to move it. But Mr. Roy was very helpful.
