I had the most awful run around experience. I went to Jacob location to apply for auto loan , had to constantly call to check status. Then I came to Fern location. I gave all information needed. I had to go in person to check my status , because it was hard to contact loan officer. After all I went through with this bank , she finally call to tell me I'm nor qualified. No one even offered to help with my score or other offers, only closed doors. Overall , I was not pleased. It shouldn't take almost a month to say i wasn't qualified . I will be closing my account and handing them their credit card back ,
Customer service out of this world. Whatever the case or need maybe,resources are in place to serve the needs of the customer.
I've been a member here for about 5 years. When I joined, they had great hours, now they're terrible, not even open on Saturdays. Today I got there 2 minutes before 5 & they were closed. 5 is 5 by the time Verizon gives me on my phone. I think I might have to change credit unions. Another Credit Union is open till 6, has 2 locations & open on Saturdays. Sorry Pelican
Very negative customer service..I've been waiting for a half hour to cash a check sent from my insurance company..makes no damn sense
