The doctor was really nice and we didn't have to wait for long period of time. I also like the fact we can call the office for other resources.

The services that have been provided to my family, and specifically to my two granddaughters, have been incredible. I have seen two frightened young girls who fought out of fear, become more secure in themselves. They now have a more positive outlook on life because knowing they don't have to be afraid in the future gives them room to do all kinds of things. The office staff was really sweet and made sure that it was an absolutely positive experience. I can see why these people chose the line of work they are in, because, I can see that they really want to help. They aren't out to over-medicate and ignore like some other agencies. My granddaughters are never uncomfortable with any of the people they've dealt with at this facility. Our crisis therapist has become a member of our family; she has helped us through situations that very easily could've been horrible and she has instead, turned them into learning experiences. My girls are happier for it and I think that's the most important statement of all.

I like how considerate my counselor is and I like the help that the company provides. It's a bit more comprehensive than what I expected. Being able to do at-home services helps and my counselor has a flexible schedule so no matter what happens, she is there for me.

I rate everything a five because the service has helped me a lot with the things I go through and the employees work really well. I think they are all really professional. I love the fact that they come to me to provide my services so I can get the help I need while my grandma is at work; otherwise, I wouldn't be able to get to their office.

Everything at Mental Health Solutions is professional. I did have some slight friction with the office manager my first time up there, but she could have been having a bad day. They are the best agency I've ever been with! Anyone who will come out to my house when I have transportation is amazing! Every time my therapist finishes a session, she always reminds that if I need anything at all, to call her, no matter what time it is. The staff is readily available and professional. My therapist is professional and excellent and I look forward to therapy now, where I did not with previous agencies. Mr. Gianforte, the CEO, was absolutely professional, courteous, and respectful when he completed my assessment. My parents have interacted with Mr. Gianforte and my therapist and were very impressed with both of them. As far as co-pays, my insurance company has covered everything one-hundred percent without any problems.

Very unprofessional!! They had me pay $250.00 up front and said this would cover everything for the month including group sessions. I get there for group and am told I have to pay another $50.00 and when I ask about my insurance, which I have Blue Cross Blue Shield , the woman at the window says they are having issues with my insurance company. And when I repeated to her what she said at my last visit about the $250.00 would cover the group sessions she rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders at me. So I get out side and call my insurance company and they inform me that this office is under investigation for insurance fraud, over charging and billing fraud for charging patients for days they never went on and for things that were never done. Then I called the Better Business Bureau and am informed that the Dr's have had their licences suspended for improper patient care.

Mental Health Solutions is the most unprofessional place I've ever been. The staff doesn't care and no one returns my calls. Their manager is rude and those gold teeth are gang looking. Something you'd expect at gas station. They lie and charge you for just walking in to pick up medicine.

Dr Toups may be an excellent Dr, however the phone staff is rude and abrasive. Wait time to see Dr. Toups is tooooo long. I want my foot looked at now, not 6 weeks from now.

The staff here are really great. Dr. Harrold and the therapist are really caring and readily available. I highly recommend.

Very unorganized staff running the place.Will not deliver messages,return calls or follow through with assistance.They will,however,take your money and charge you with as many fees as they can though.As far as the Physician,he is a good person and caring.But as stated the staff is unproffessional and lacking in many ways.
