I wouldn't give a star at all. The manager Rebecca and staff personal Casey as well as another are all unethical and very smug with the tenants. The make sudden changes with the lease renewals and prolong returning security deposits in an attempt to defer you from wanting it back. I have been waiting 64 days now for mine and management has yet to contact me. Remax should be investigated for embezzlement
Obviously the person that wrote the comment below about Michael Salter not showing their home doesn't know how selling a home works. Michael has sold 9 homes for us for 98% of the asking price. He has always been honest and looked out for our best interest. I would even consider using another agent.
Michael Salter sold our home in 2 weeks after Coldwell Banker had it listed for a year!
If you're looking to rent a property from this company, go for it. You'll get everything you want at the expense of the home owner. If you're looking to have them "manage" your property, run far far away. As a property managment company they're suppose to look out for the best interest of the owners and protect their investment. The year they managed our property they looked out for the interest of the tenants and them alone. They gave them everything they asked for, even unimportant cosmetic things that were apparent before the tenants rented the house. And their handyman is a joke. The "repair" jobs he did looked like a six year old did them then charged us an outrageous amount for them. So to sum it up, they'll bend over backwards to please the tenants and let them do whatever they want to your house while taking from you half your income.
