This business is not professional at all they drive out of the way from where you're going to make the meter go higher while you're sitting at a stoplight the meter is still going so unless you loves giving your money away then this is the company for you
Actually it gets no stars in my opinion. My last experience here was awful. I made an appointment with the hair stylist ahead of time but when I got there on my appointment day I was told they couldn't find me in the computer. So I was given the option to reschedule or let a student do my hair. Well I let the student do my hair since it's already hard enough finding a sitter and I really wanted my hair done! Of course they had a big patch of color in the front of my hair and expected me to walk out with it looking like that! The owner Terri got an attitude and talked loudly saying you can't expect your hair to be perfect but keep in mind that I had originally made the appointment with her. She had done my hair before a couple of times and seemed ok that's why I went back but this time was awkward. She was rude and acting funny, not nice at all. I won't be back.
I graduated from Wiley College and it was a great place to be. Students were of diverse backgrounds and ethnic cultures and the instructors were great and cared about the students. I recommend the programs to anyone who wants a great opportunity to earn a college degree and make life long friends.
Professional staff. very informative. Helps with utility bills and Summer Golf camps for youths. PGA and Champion tour Caddy for over 36 years.
This place saved my life! The staff was understanding and very nice! Helped me with all my needs! I would recommend them to anybody!!!!
Firstly, this is the second time I've made it to Jacobs well and they're closed early. I called to complained the first time and they swore up and down they were open. As you could imagine, it deeply frustrated me. I let it slide. Now two months later, the same thing! Their sign clearly says 9 to 6pm. I get off at 4 and it's a half hour drive, therefore I know I didn't have the time wrong. I tried to get in touch with Shawn Kilgarlin, the owner (See his own review below) but he was supposedly out of the country. Anyway, I deeply believe this place is a "laundromat". They clearly don't care about the business and I highly doubt their Catholic/ Christian faith.
Not surprised. All they care about is numbers, not clients. They certainly don't care about the employees any more than they do clients. They had a massive exodus of employees because of this and, for the most part, can no longer attract quality people to work there.
After waiting from 1130 am to 3 pm I finally get in for my first appointment to see a person who receives new clients. She then just turned to a pile of papers and said " ok do you can go here, here or here" and when I informed her I wanted to make an appointment at this facility she said " oh no, you have to go somewhere else, we're much too busy". I needed help and they just shooed me off to go find help somewhere else. I waited all that time for something I could've found on my own at home. They were entirely unprofessional and I'm surprised if anyone going there gets any actual help.
lovely atmosphere and clean! Staff is okay to get along with... could use some help with the food tho lol
