i worked with karl or tried to say the least and it was always something. he never returned calls, he always had an excuse, he was never on time for our appointments. He always appeared drunk or hungover and smelled like cigarettes....and to top it all off, he completely ruined my credit file by saying he could improve it. I have disputes on my current mortgage and for some reason and now I cant even qualify for a refi! He is a crook and completely unethical!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!
Great place very friendly people. Nice location. Service is the best, they have you in and out in a second. And love the free suckers they have.
They lie and tell you that they have to hold your check for 10 days til it clears, (even though it's a Social Security check), so you can't use any of your funds. Took my check back, went to FSNB in Walmart and opened an account, and surprise surprise, the funds were available immediately!

I SPOKE TO JUDY MADISON ON 7/24/15 ABOUT THE MARKET RATE LOAN THAT HELPS WITH DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE.I PUT IN MY APPLICATION ON 7/24/15.ON 7/28/15 I CALLED JUST TO CHECK ON MY APPLICATION AND I HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AND STILL NO CALL..I CALLED RED RIVER BANK B/C THEY ARE LISTED FOR ONE THE BANKS THAT PROVIDES DOWN PAYMENT ASSITANCE AND I MET CRITERIA AND IM NOT UNDERSTANDING WHY I HAVENT RECEIVED A PHONE CALL YET OR ANYTHING..VERY DISAPPOINTED AS A FIRST TIME HOME BUYER..OH AND JUDY MADISON WORKS AT THE LINE AVE BRANCH. I AM A SINGLE MOTHER AND DESPERATE TO BE A HOME OWNER AND JUST NEEDED SOME HELP DOING THAT AND THIS HAS BEEN REALLY DISCOURAGING..
I didn't even get to use the company because the call got off to a bad start from the get go! First of all they are a mortgage company too (huh?). So when the receptionist named Laurie explained that "we do lots of stuff..." I asked, "Ok I'm confused. So is any of that video?" She huffed and hung up on me. I called right back and asked "Did you seriously just hang up on me?" She just said, "Let me get someone else who can help you." I was on hold for 3 minutes, I hung up. Then I got a phone call at my home about 5 minutes later from someone who sounded just like Laurie, who didn't introduce herself but just launched in to "You just called here. What can I do for you?" They sounded so much alike I told her "You just hung up on *me* twice! How could you not know it was me!?" WITHOUT AN INTRODUCTION I was apparently yelling at the wrong person. She said she was Jacquline Litton the owner. I apologized and told her Laurie was an awful employee and somewhat got into what I needed, just to be told that they were booked for the whole summer! She tried to rudely recommend other people in town who may be able to assist, but I don't want anyone like Litton Media/Mortgage/Pie Sales/Shoe Store/Mechanic Shop's recommendations.The owner's attitude was so terrible that I told her I was just getting ready to get on line to give her company a review and she yelled, "Go right ahead!"It's a shame the front desk set up the conversation so poorly from the outset that the rest of the conversation which could have lead to a customer was doomed. But then the owner subpar communication skills didn't help. ATTITUDE LADIES!! ATTITUDE!
no stars.......could not have had a worse experience......their appraiser was not even certified and when i finally got a copy of it, the guy who said he appraised it was from s. louisiana and did not even come to my house in n. louisiana (even though he said he did in the report)...I filed a complaint with the state appraiser's board and the office of financial institutions
