Issues with getting owner to help with products purchased, not good customer service. Needed help, but they just want me to bring it in...last time I was talked into purchasing juices I didn't need. Just pushy sales techniques and won't help you use the devices purchased at his shop without selling you additional things. I'll be driving elsewhere from now on...

This is an amazing shop! Very helpful and nice. Helped with all my crazy questions and me trying all the juices. That's guys so much!
I bought two hookahs from this establishment and they both broke within a week. Not due to my poor handling, because I take care of my valuables (specially smoking equipment) . But when I came to comfort them about this issue (Keep in mind I called 35 mins before closing time to ask if I was 2 to 3 mins late could they have the item already out for a quick purchase, they said yes). So I arrived 10 MINS before the store closed, they closed the door on my fiancee (in front of our faces, and keep in mind that and we live two hours away round trip). We even called and asked if they could please make this transition occur (due to the long drive we just endured and they said, " No, we are closing early because we do not feel like dealing with anymore customers". Both my fiancee and I were extremely hurt and furious. But the worst part of it all was that the employee's seemed to be "bad off" on drugs and didn't have any concern for the employee's well being. I will NEVER go to this store again, and recommend others to follow in our footsteps. We went to the Lotus off East Texas Street and Bossier , and they took care of us WITH massive discounts on the same products. Please make the change. You will not regret it.
They were really nice i bought a water pipe and i love it will recommend them to anybody very good service
I purchased 2 electronic hookahs and the products to go with them which totaled to almost $200. The salesman was rude initially but my friend and I overlooked it. I assumed he thought we had no intentions to actually make purchases. After he saw that we indeed were, he became nicer despite his appearance of being on some drug. His speech was slurred himself in a daze. He told us if there were any problems to come back for a replacement despite their no return sign. After driving 2hrs home, my hookah didn't work. When it did it leaked excessive oil despite having been filled properly. My friend called back and we were told to return it for a replacement. Once we returned the guy that sold it to us was very rude. He took my hookah and after putting his lips on it and blowing for approx 5 minutes he said he wouldn't exchange it. My friend asked him if he planned on exchanging it after putting his saliva on it. He said no, threw it across the counter and said we had attitudes. We felt so helpless. As African Americans we were reminded once again that some things u have to just deal with when encountered with ignorance.
