This place has the worst customer service. Three time I have had to go without due to this office not following through. This last incident. I turn my glasses in dec 22 and I still don’t have my glass on Jan 15. They just needed to be mended at the nose. Nobody has called me and said anything about them being ready. I need my glasses everyday so it’s veen tough. I called and they were like “yeah they here”. Really when we’re yall gonna let me know. I changeing dr office. Duces!
Went to Dr Kelly on April 25,2017 because of sudden extreme amount of floaters in my left eye and was very concerned about possible detached retina because my Dad had them in both eyes. Dr Kelly did an exam and then wrote me a new prescription for glasses. Said all looked good but to call him if the condition changed. Only weeks later I had a detached retina and required immediate surgery. Went back today August 28, 2017since it is the first day the surgeon cleared me to get new prescription for correcting my loss of vision. I asked the office staff if I could get reexamined to correct my vision. They and the Dr said I would have to pay for new exam since it had been since April. The only reason it has been this long is because I've been recovering from surgery. Vision4less is replacing my left lense which is nice, but Dr Kelly is wanting to charge me for a new office visit. I spent almost $700 with Dr Kelly and Vision4less on something that lasted less than 1 month. Won't be going back to Kelly and will be telling my friends and family to stay away also
I was ignored for a while when I was there, had to stare at one of the employees for their attention. I didn't get any service from any of the stuck up employees. I was dissatisfied.����
The woman incharge for contact lens fitting is soooo rude. Too sad , i have high regard for their Optometrist. But that attendant who helps me with my contact lens fitting is very rude. I wont recommend this place at all!
DONT GO HERE This place is a joke I've came here 3 times to pick up my contacts I ordered 3 weeks ago every time there closed 1 hour early 2 hours there time 9 to 5 is not true and when u call to complain they hang up on u
My daughter had a scheduled appointment with this business that got all my daughters information and I had put aside some business meetings for this appointment two days before appointment they call me to tell me that they no longer accept my daughters insurance when my appointment was made before their cut off date with the insurance I was completely upset and they didn't seem to care that this was a mistake on their part I seriously do not recommend.
first of all the people who work here are super super nice. No complaints at all with customer service. what I have a problem with are the prices and the wait time to actually get your glasses. mine took over 2 weeks to get to me and stupidly I took my spouse to get glasses and now we're going on the 3rd week. If you hope to actually be able to see any time soon I strongly recommend avoiding target optical.

I had to give 1 star but had I been given a chance to give 0 stars I would have.... awful customer service. I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. I will never and I mean never return. This establishment needs a huge re training on how to speak to guest choosing to spend their hard earned money there. In days like today keeping people coming to your place of business is vital and eye care has lost my buisness
I got prescription, it was bad, went back, still bad, paid extras for thin lenses, the second pair were even thicker, had to get store manager, the people working there ignored him too! Awful! They don't even deserve 1 star!
