Tobacco House

For years I have been a patron of Tobacco House on youree Dr and have spent a lot of money there.Every day I go into the store they have to ask me for my last name for my tobacco rewards card because they never can remember it.Well that wasn't a problem until today..Today I went in to purchase some cigars and "Lisa" never asked me for my card but instead swiped her card.I asked why she did that and she stated she didn't know I had a rewards card.I left and went to another store afterwards then came back to confront her about it.She said it was just some generic card she swiped so I asked to talk to the manager.The manager,Sabrena,told me it was no big deal and i wasn't being tracked by using the card.I replied back that I wasn't worried about being tracked but instead I wanted to know why I wasn't being credited with my rewards points for being a loyal customer.They told me I didn't tell them I had a card and I replied"I'm the guy whose name you never can remember and you always say that's right!Well bottome line is that my rewards card still wasn't credited and I had to tell Lisa to stop raising her voice at me.They stole my points and acted like they were some kind of victim and I was in the wrong.Their website doesn't have any contact numbers on it so the chances of going above the heads are slim.I feel like I and other customers are being scammed so the employees can get free cigs and other accessories.They just lost me as a valuable customer and already two of my friends aren't going back and I'm sure there will be more.I'm so dissapointed in the unfriendly service I recieved today.I DO NOT RECOMMEND TOBACCO HOUSE ON YOUREE DRIVE,SHREVEPORT,LA.-Eric VH

I have been a regular customer for a little over five years now and all I can say is that the staff has always been great! Lisa and sabrina have always been so helpful and understanding of my specific wants as an avid hookah smoker. They go out of their way to make sure all customers get exactly what they want and are treated with kindness and respect. I recommend everyone I meet to come to this store. If your looking for a quick friendly staff and out of this world prices. The tobacco house is the place to go.

When I walked in all I could think of was...WOW! This is NOT your typical tobacco shop! Not only do they always have my brand of cigarettes in stock, I can also shop for gifts - they have a fantastic selection of oils and lamps, candles, and a HUGE walk-in humidor with the largest selection of premium cigars that I have ever seen in one place. The customer service is outstanding, the store is clean, and if they don't have it, they will do whatever they can to get it for you (like my cigarettes!). They also have a rewards card that saves me money on everything I buy there (including 10% off the premium cigars). If you haven't been here yet - GO!
