Sam's Southern Eatery

Tried to call in an order and was on hold over 30 min but could hear all the wait staff talking and laughing in the background. Friend tried to call on her phone and no answer. Thats poor service.

Ordered over the phone and picked up my order. When I got home the burger was completely undressed even though I didn't order it plain. The buffalo chicken wings were so salty, my husband couldn't even eat them. The dirty rice was mush and the cheese sticks didn't have any marinara sauce as the menu indicated. The child's grilled cheese was nothing but a greasy bun grilled inside out. I immediately called the restaurant and.let them know how horrible the food was. They told me to call back on Monday at when the manager is there. I called as directed and someone took my number and said the manager would call me back. I still am waiting for them to call. This is the worst food I have ever had. Don't waste your $

Very good food..service and prices...the atmosphere is nice as well. I am always pleases with the service..

We were really happy to find a good restaurant close to our home in Greenwood. The food and service were good, the serving portions were excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. They serve fried green tomatoes that remind me of real home cooking. It is also very convenient for stopping by on our way home from work for take out orders.
