I have been dealing with this company for 10 plus years and for them to wait til I have a couple of payments left to start contacting my relatives and leaving notices on my door and. Im almost through paying for my merchandise and have paid for every thing else I gotten from them over a 10 year period is upsetting you would think since they say im a vip customer I would get some consideration since I only have a couple payments left and have paid for. Every thing else I have gotten from them when I pay my last payments will not be dealing with them anymore you would think they would understand things come up in life and you may have to be late but they still gone get paid (Maria Stroughter)

Refrigerator went out so I was in a hurry to buy one before all of my food ruined. They didn't have a very big selection but I picked the one that I thought would best fit our home. I paid $400 down and they delivered the refrigerator the next day. Unfortunately the fridge didn't fit and they took it back and advised me to come back up there to pick out another one however they didn't have any that were the correct measurements that I needed. So I go up there a few days after all of this happened and tell them I don't need to cancel my contract and could I please have my $400 refunded. It's been almost a full 30 days and still have not received my refund. I've called every day for the past week and I keep getting the runaround. I was told that EJ would call me that the manager would call me and I have yet received a phone call. I spoke with EJ yesterday who told me to call back up there today because the manager would be in today however their store is closed because of it being Sunday. They're my first priority tomorrow morning is to go up there and raise absolute hell. I will not leave until I get my $400 refunded back to my damn card. Needless to say this is the worst place you could shop for any appliances and I would advise anyone to try Conn's appliances first
