90 day warranty is a joke! They use cheap screen replacements. Manager was not helpful! Didn't even bother to speak with me knowing I was upset!
Metro should stop charging so much for fees.
Very nice man does quality work. Mike installed bluetooth hands free system in my truck a few months ago and it is still working great! Would recommend to anyone!

hi steve. we did a lot on g2 before and out staffs, for some reason, had overseen your phone and not realized it had been water damaged. we attempted to do everything we can to get it right. it is not that we want to spend 4 hours working on your phone, trust me we really don't. we got to the point that we had to replace a whole new phone for you and you still wasn't satisfied. please go to any cellphone repair with water damaged phone and see if you can get the same service. this is not a quick fix and if you were had been honest at the very beginning, this could have been prevented. yes you would have to pay more to get it fix but you chose the cheaper route and not telling us that the phone had submerge in water.
Awful service, totally unprofessional the whole time kept me waiting for over three hours for a quick fix by continuing to tell me only fifteen more minutes only to never completely fix my phone, then tried to blame the further damage they created on me. Did get a refund but extremely unprofessional. Could overhear them in the back talking about forging signatures and dropping the N word (none of them were black). Would not recommend them to any one. Steve was the only one there who was professional and attempted to help me,
My cell phone was water damaged - IN A LIFEPROOF CASE!!!But they were able to fix it and restore the phone to working condition.I did lose my apps... but they helped me recover my Apple ID and Contacts!Thank you guys
