This business needs new staff ASAP. I've had very serious colon problems for over a year and they keep forgetting to send a referral to LSU and WK women's clinic to check me out. Not only do I get put off to the side, but I've been calling for the past week all at their less busiest times and have been ignored. I have called up to twenty times a day the past few days because I need to have prescriptions filled and have been trying to make an appointment to follow up on my last Emergency Room visit. If I can ever get looked at by a real professional and these problems have gotten worse I will sue this facility for poor service. As a medical staff myself I understand the patients pain and concerns come first. In ALL MEDICAL FACILITIES.
Wow! Reviews from 4/1/2013 and it's now 2016 and it's the exact same way STILL!! I sat there while others came in after me went before I did & I am sure that's the reason unless they just didn't like me but they seemed very rude, unapproachable & more concerned with their phone or talking to another worker. Dr was nice & helpful but not anyone at the front & I sat there all day & barely had time to pick up my daughter from school! Take check stub or u will pay more..? Why wasn't I told this over the phone when I called asking info..? Horrible customer service
Terrible customer service. This business posts on it's website that "I believe every person has worth as an individual. I believe every person should be treated with dignity and respect. I will make it my responsibility to help consumers find ways to pay their debts. I will be professional and ethical." Ms. Packett who works for this agency is rude, abrasive and does not try to assist consumers in any manner. There are multiple BBB complaints because of her treatment of people. No one in the agency attempts to contact individuals who have complaints. No one is allowed to speak to a supervisor or the owner of the business or another collections agent to try to resolve problems.
Rude receptionist, eating at the front, attitude beyond belief! Acts like they don't wanna be working!

This hospital is crap! I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this hospital. I had a nurse that refused to answer my call. I had severe Strep Throat. I kept calling the nurses station. I couldn't talk. I would call and she'd answer, but I couldn't answer. Finally, 2 hours later she came to my room. She said she didn't come to my room because I wouldn't tell her what I wanted. I was trying, I just couldn't talk loud. I asked for pain meds. She came by my room to say she had it approved, 2 hours later after asking another nurse why I hadn't received it, she brought it in. I wrote everything up in a survey they sent me, but nobody ever bothered to call me. The worst part, my room was filthy! My pillow fell off my broken bed and when I picked it up it was black with dirt. It smelled rotten. My IV pole had a broken wheel and more than once I nearly fell to the floor. If I had had any kind of surgery, I probably would have fallen. The water got turned off repeatedly, not good when you are severely ill. This hospital isn't suitable for anything or anyone!
The people where u sign in at at the dentist part are very rude like they don't like their job. They be back there talking to each other and on their phone more than anything. But when I made it to the back they were nice and courteous. The doctor explained everything to me. They need to get rid of the people where you sign in at
When I needed CPR certification in Shreveport for my job, I couldn't find anybody when I looked except Black Cypress Consultants, They have 4 certified CPR and First Aid Instructors and teach Shreveport CPR classes 6 days a week, They did my class on A Saturday and I didn't even have to take off work !! Thanks Black Cypress Consultants.
The poeple that work at this location are not very friendly at all. They seem to be unorganized. For example, when you sign, sometimes they lose your paper. I sat there for over an hour, while people that were coming in after me wee being helped, and I had to go back to the window to ask what had happened. They told me they could not find my sign in paper so I must not have signed in.... Excuse me? That is one of the most basic rules of customer service: never argue with customers! I ended up missing a class at LSUS because of their unorganization. I feel that they did not know hat was going on because everyone behind the window was on their cell phone. They had time to answer their personal calls and texts but could not answer the business phone. I have seen this on more than one occasion. The ladies working behind the window should be fired. Why does this keep going unnoticed? Who do i contact to actully make a change?
Dr. George Henderson the so called medical director of this clinic is the most inept pathetic excuse for a doctor.He acts confused seems totally unaware of his job like he is drunk.I go for a office visit he takes a urine sample and mislabels it and then it is lost.I can never get a prescription refill for a six month supply of medication because he wishes to bill medicaid every month which has got to be fraud.The nurses never return calls or respond to pharmacy requests.Dr.George Henderson is a total quack.The office staff is rude and when you sit in the waiting room for hours,all they do is text on their cell phones while eating snacks and the phone rings unanswered.This place should be investigated.
