i worked with karl or tried to say the least and it was always something. he never returned calls, he always had an excuse, he was never on time for our appointments. He always appeared drunk or hungover and smelled like cigarettes....and to top it all off, he completely ruined my credit file by saying he could improve it. I have disputes on my current mortgage and for some reason and now I cant even qualify for a refi! He is a crook and completely unethical!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

I didn't even get to use the company because the call got off to a bad start from the get go! First of all they are a mortgage company too (huh?). So when the receptionist named Laurie explained that "we do lots of stuff..." I asked, "Ok I'm confused. So is any of that video?" She huffed and hung up on me. I called right back and asked "Did you seriously just hang up on me?" She just said, "Let me get someone else who can help you." I was on hold for 3 minutes, I hung up. Then I got a phone call at my home about 5 minutes later from someone who sounded just like Laurie, who didn't introduce herself but just launched in to "You just called here. What can I do for you?" They sounded so much alike I told her "You just hung up on *me* twice! How could you not know it was me!?" WITHOUT AN INTRODUCTION I was apparently yelling at the wrong person. She said she was Jacquline Litton the owner. I apologized and told her Laurie was an awful employee and somewhat got into what I needed, just to be told that they were booked for the whole summer! She tried to rudely recommend other people in town who may be able to assist, but I don't want anyone like Litton Media/Mortgage/Pie Sales/Shoe Store/Mechanic Shop's recommendations.The owner's attitude was so terrible that I told her I was just getting ready to get on line to give her company a review and she yelled, "Go right ahead!"It's a shame the front desk set up the conversation so poorly from the outset that the rest of the conversation which could have lead to a customer was doomed. But then the owner subpar communication skills didn't help. ATTITUDE LADIES!! ATTITUDE!
