I DROVE FROM TEXAS TO LA TO ENJOY MY BIRTHDAY. MY 1ST STOP WAS YOUR CASIO 4/3/15 I WENT TO AN ATM TO TAKE OUT MONEY TO PLAY AS WELL AS THE REST OF THE MONEY I WOULD NEED FOR THE REST OF MY STAY I WAS LEAVING 4/4/2015. I TOOK OUT $400.00 AND WAS INFORMED I NEED TO GO TO THE CASHIER (LARRY BONHAM) HE SEEMED CONFUSED AND WAS UNABLE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY. HE CALLED HIS SUPERVISOR EVELYN TO ASSISIT HIM. THE LINE BEGIN TOP GET LONG AND VERSUS WAITING HE THEN BEGAN TO TAKE OTHER CUSTOMERS. EVELYN THEN ARRIVED AND WAS UNABLE TO GIVE ME MY $400.00 BECAUSE SHE COULDNT PRINT MY RECEIPT BECAUSE LARRY DIDNDT WAIT FOR HER TO ARRIVE. YOU PEOPLE HAVE RUNIED MY BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION BECAUSE I STILL DONT HAVE MY MONEY 4/6/15. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE BEEN SO DISAPPOPINTED YOU RUNIED MY EXPERIENCE AND I CANT UNDERSTAND WHY YOUR EMPLOYEES DO NOT HAVE BETTER TRAINING!? DISAPPOINTED I COULD SHOP AT THE OUTLET LIKE I WANTED AND SURE COULDNT AFFORD TO GAMBLE WITH YOU PEOPLE KEEPING MY MONEY HOSTAGE! I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW AND MAKE SURE NOBODY ELSE ENDS UP IN THIS SAME SITUATION!SIGNED NEVER RETURNING!!!
This place really sucks. The staff is very unfriendly and confrontational. The guest do whatever they want in the establishment with no regards to others. No order in this place at all. The owner apparently what only the revenue because I have not had the opportunity to speak with him yet. On top of that you won't win a dime. If I'm going to spend my money I at least want to be comfortable doing so
6/12/14 We decided to stay there on our way home from vacation. I called ahead on the road to reserve a room, and gave my credit card number. Upon checking in they wanted an additional $50 CASH only. The only good thing was the room. It was great. The food in the buffet was terrible. been there a long time. The casino was filthy, and a lot of the machines didn't work. I was not impressed at all with the whole stay. And to top it off when I checked out they were not too willing to give back the $50. I will not stay there again
