They tell u one thing about a warranty and then when u try to ask what u should do after opening item they tell u your stuck nothing they can do
I was hoping to find information on an art work of macramé made in the 1970s in Italy by an unknown Nun. It was donated to a Louisiana hospital or school for "mentally retarded" children. My mother had given some sort of raffle to it for charity. It was in our home for the time. I'd like to know what it is worth. Horrible service!!! The flowers I recieved looked nothing like how they looked on the website, the flowers I got looked like they were handpicked from my own bushes!! On top of that they stink so bad I had to throw them out. The delivery guy, looked like a regular man, so when he rang my doorbell at 8in the morning, I looked outside and did not recognize the guy, he did not have a shirt or a sticker on his car telling me he was a delivery guy for J's, I did not know I was going to be recieving flowers so I ignored him and went back to sleep, later on that day as I was leaving there were flowers and chocolate by my door! So unprofessional, I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The little box of chocolate looked old, so I threw it out. Looks as if its from the dollar store. Disgusting, what a waste of money.
J's Special Occasions, If I could give you anything less than a ONE, I would! You were "partnered" through "From You Flowers" to make and deliver a flower arrangement called Delightfully Pink (which, by the way, you should name "Horrifically Horrible" to my Mother. I can't believe you or your driver (if you weren't the same person since you never answer the phone) even had the kahunas to deliver something that ugly to my beautiful Mother. When my sister sent me the picture, (because my Mom did not want to hurt my feelings), I wanted to cry because I could just imagine how embarrased and awful she must have felt to have received what you had told her the day before were going to be "fresh" flowers and here you come walking in with a vase half full of almost DEAD flowers! The water looked like it had been sitting in there for a WEEK but if it had come with the colored vase I paid for then I might never have seen that!!! There were NO roses in there as your picture showed on the web page...y'all were pathetic!!! Why don't you take one of these pathetic, measley, awful arrangements to YOUR MOTHER FOR MOTHER'S DAY! I hope From You Flowers will never, ever use y'all again by the time I get through with them! They had to make arrangements for ANOTHER florist to re-deliver this flower arrangement today so that maybe it can make up for you messing up a Mother's Day surprise from a Mother's four children!
Rude managment and False advertising!Make sure you see the flowers they are going to deliver ahead of time. If you choose an arrangement from these guys web site they will let you pay for it and then use substitute flowers because they didnt actually have the ones in the pic online. When I called to talk with them they were extremely rude and started talking to me about their expenses. Bottom line my girlfriend got half the flowers I ordered for the full price. Their solution.... well then go get them and bring them back.
