I purchased a 2018 Rogue from Orr Nissan South Oct. 31, 2-18 I asked to see 2 Rogues, gave them vehicle ID numbers one was the Rogue sport and the other was just the Rogue SV. I was brought only 1 vehicle to look at and that was the Rogue SV, from that point it was rush, rush, keeping you so busy from introducing you to everyone in the dealership to the parts dept. (I'm 62 years old and was so overwhelmed with all the confusion) I never got a chance to even look at the Sport model, but I test drove the Rogue SV but from the paperwork with the description of everything that came on the vehicle, one of those items being fog lights. I asked 4 times and the sales representative Dana told me 4 times it did indeed have fog lights.(That was 1 of the items I told him when I drove up that the vehicle I purchased had to have fog lights. This vehicle was suppose to have them according to all documents I had) After being there 5 hours, completely worn out, very anxious and in terrible pain, I drove it home. 85 miles away. I got home, walked around to the front and saw it did not have fog lights. I called them, asked for Dana, told him it didn't have fog lights and he blew me off, he had to go. So after I spoke with several people there, I filed a consumer complaint with Nissan Corp, on November 13 I got a text message from a manager named Claud telling me he had great news to call him, so I did, he promised me they were going to install fog lights, and give me a vehicle to drive while my vehicle was being serviced. 2 weeks went by I heard nothing, so I called Claud, asked him if he had received the fog lights, he told me he would check and call me back. Then nothing. I contacted The Nissan Corporation about my complaint they said they contacted Orr Nissan and someone was going to contact me. Still nothing. Today Jan. 18 I finally got a call from Claud at Orr Nissan, Claud told me that they changed general managers, and they couldn't cover the full cost to install my fog lights,
Had a vehicle in for a recall repair.Service Management was very nice and only took 35 minutes to complete.Nice facility and great staff.
They do not answer the phone. The voicemail does not indicate I have reached Town and Country. Who wants to leave a message when you’re unsure the number is correct?
They are very deceptive. They'll say 'low mileage' when the speedometer is bad. They'll say 'cold AC' without mentioning the leak. And they won't help you get the title or return your calls. Go ANYwhere but here.
There was a Salesman named Anthony who was so kind and helped us with everything made sure the process went smoothly make sure everything was going good even after we purchased the car and just was absolutely very helpful and amazing the owner is out of this world so much kindness and understanding love this place and we bought a few cars here and always been Fair. We will continue doing business with them in the future
The staff over all numb & devoid of any emotion whatsoever (could care less about customers who they feel make less than a certain amount of money or have employment that they deem worthy of their time), except for salesman Chris Blackwell.... He's a special case & not in a good way either. A friend & I went in to look at cars as we both were in the need of new cars. Chris started out nice, was friendly ect. Then he got down to the business asking what our needs where ect. He asked us what we did for a living we told him, he got up & walked away, never came back. Not only that but not one of Chevy lands sakes personnel stepped up to help us. What Chris Blackwell & Chevylands sale staff didnt know much less bother to stick around to find out was that my friend was there to purchase the 2012 Transformers Bumblebee Camaro SS movie edition. She was there to get stuff set up so her godparents could come in sign the paperwork putting the vehicle in her name, purchasing Bumblebee in full. So there would be no note on Bee... Smoth move Chris Blackwell & Chevyland sales staff... #EPICFAIL. Since then she has attempted to get help from Chevland sales staff w/ getting info on two more vehicles she's want, again w/ Chevyland staff failed miserably once again. My friend may not have the money to purchase but, her godparents do & they sent her in w/ the express purpose to pick out a vehicle that she wanted...they were buying.... But instead my friend was once again met w/ major attitude. Yes, my friend needs a new vehicle, & there are other dealerships... Its truly ashame that Chris Blackwell & the other sales ppl only make commission & nothing else.. Big mistake, huge mistake.
I purchased a vehicle that transmission went out in a month and i was not replaced, repaired, reimbursed, nor have we came to an agreement on fixing the problem. They let my vehicle sit up for five MONTHS supposing to be diagnosing the problem they intentionally sold me knowing what was wrong with it. The transmission went out in a month and they have fail to compensate me. Bad Bussiness. They only there around income tax season to scam people then when the season is over they are never there.
Very comfortable and quick experience will get next car from yokem as well.
Personnel were great. I had to wait quite a while to get in to the back office to complete the sale.
