The sun set on this company a long time ago, yet they keep lingering around. This whole company is nothing but a big scam that aims to extort money from hard working businesses. They are not out to help customers, they just want to take money from merchants. A disgruntled customer of ours contacted BBB. BBB sent us a letter on the customer's behalf. We wrote a polite letter back to the BBB informing that we would handle the issue directly with the customer and declined their mediation services. For this the BBB gave us an "F" rating. Then we got a phone call from them asking us to join and if we did they could take care of that "F" rating. This is extortion, and the BBB needs to close their business. Don't just take my word for it. ABC news busted them cold turkey doing EXACTLY what I am accusing them of! Look it up on Youtube!
