I wanted to express my extreme disappointment in the sandwiches I ordered for an event on May 4th, 2013. When I spoke to your office about the Ciabattini Platters, I asked specific questions about the freshness of the bread, the popularity of the sandwiches, were the sandwiches dry/moist....etc. I was assured that these sandwiches were a popular item and very good.



We ordered 8 large Ciabattini platters and 2 large veggie sandwich platters for 150 adults over a five hour time period and this was the main portion of the luncheon; with fruit, veggies and a cheese platter to compliment. We came home with 5 the 8 "gourmet" platters and 1 of the 2 veggie platters. This number represents the lack of enthusiasm for the sandwiches.



I am completely embarrassed by the lack of flavor, the dryness of the bread and the drop of "spread" that were on each sandwich. Guests actually complained to me. I wish I would have written a check because I would have stopped payment.

Cutting Edge was recommended to me by a family member who had their wedding at the Barber and Oberwortmann Horticultural Center and it was truly beautiful and well planned from start to finish. The food is delicious, the staff is courteous and accommodating and they really go the extra mile to ensure everything is taken care of exactly as planned. The wedding was one of the best I've attended.



Since the wedding, I began using Cutting Edge for our corporate events and meetings. They offer a wide variety of options; everything is always delivered fresh and timely. Our employees can't say enough good things about the food. They have options for just about any budget. I was also happy to hear they cater smaller business meetings.

I hired Cutting Edge to cater my wedding in the fall 2011. They did such a great job! The food and service on my wedding day were excellent. We had some issues with the photographer so we were late for the reception. They did everything they could to make sure our wedding reception ran smoothly, even though we were late getting there. I really appreciated it. I was really happy when I started getting compliments from my guests after the wedding. I knew I made the right decision when we chose Cutting Edge and I would do it again.
