We (my wife and I) went in to check out the new Accords on a weekday evening. The salesman (Danial) greeted us cordially and was truly interested in what we wanted. I had made a deal with my wife to 'let me handle ALL the negotiations. We decided on a new Accord with all the bells and whistles and as we were dealing on the price my wife says "We can put the rest on the credit card" My heart dropped. I had them where I wanted them and the deal was blown. We still got what we wanted, got a good enough deal and Daniel was very cordial. There never was any high pressure and they seemed like 'good people'. The finance manager and the sales manager introduced themselves to us and made us feel at home.
I bought a car from shingle Springs Honda a couple years ago and they have been servicing my car ever since and always try to push repairs that are not needed on the car. This dealership cannot be trusted. They even promised me free tire rotations for the life of the of the tires that were on the car when I purchased them and when I went to got my oil change recently they refused to do this even though the person that sold me the car made that promise. They don't care about you, they only care about money. This dealership will never get any my business ever again.
I went to this Big O Tires place, in Shingle Springs to have my brakes changed. When I went out to my car, my drives side speaker screen on my door panel had a big crack on the face of it. I went back inside and spoke to the manager that was on duty. The managers asked the mechanics what had happened. Everyone said they did not do anything and no one took responsibility for it. Not to be rude but the manager was not that bright and did not handle this professionally. My seat was still pulled forward because I am petite and Im guess that whoever moved my car and got in the drivers seat did not pull the seat back and kicked the door speaker screen getting in with there boot.... any ways I will NEVER go here again and will continue to tell my story about this place

With our customers we work VERY hard to obtain quality reviews so I make every attempt to resist posting a negative review about another company. It is in the public's best interest to know however, Knielsel's took three week's to make repair's on my rear bumper ($1600). Why so long? I stopped by before the holiday's to have them order the parts, so when I brought my car in for repairs, they could get it done quickly - they never did. When I dropped my car off for repairs (estimated to take 5 days) they were so disorganized it became a jumbled mess and stretched out 21 days. They have never offered any reason for the delay. I doubt I will ever hear more from them about this posting since being responsive is not part of their culture. If timeliness is important to you, find another repair facility. Might I suggest G&O in Placerville, if needed that's where I'll go next.
